Lemon Chia Seed Pancakes
A crossline member of my YL team shared this recipe and it is amazing! One that even most kiddos will enjoy. I’m always looking for ways to use my chia seeds (or flax seeds or hemp seeds).
Mix the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients separately. Once combined, add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir. Butter a pan over medium heat and cook until golden brown on each side. Top with your favorite real maple syrup or fresh fruit!
